Representing the largest resort and residential community ever developed in Sunny Isles Beach’s history, Trump Grande successfully redefined oceanfront luxury by combining the relaxing pleasures of resort-style living with the latest in technology on over 1,000 feet of private and pristine beachfront.

Furthering their presence in Sunny Isles Beach, the Dezers teamed up with The Related Group to develop two oceanfront properties, Ocean Two and Ocean Four. Additionally, Dezer Development has completed the Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, both iconic projects that have set new standards in luxury living. They also partnered with The Related Group to complete Hyde Midtown Suites and Residences, the flagship property of the sbe lifestyle brand.

Currently, Dezer Development is focused on Bentley Residences, which features unique amenities such as private sky garages and car elevators, continuing their tradition of innovative and luxurious residential projects.
