Located in Midtown, Miami’s newest urban-hip neighborhood, the 31-story tower will include 60 hotel rooms and 410 residential condominiums featuring open concept contemporary floorplans spanning in size from studios to three bedrooms. Arquitectonica was tapped to design the building and David Rockwell will be finishing the interiors of the tower’s public spaces and guest rooms.
