Bringing a new dimension to South Florida’s ultra-luxury, high-end real estate market, The Armani Group announced an exclusive partnership between the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, Dezer Development, and The Related Group for the design of its latest landmark project, Residences by Armani/Casa. Located in Sunny Isles Beach, the 60-story oceanfront tower will represent the globally acclaimed brand’s first real estate project in the U.S.
World-renowned Argentine-born architect, César Pelli, was tapped to design the 649-foot tall tower, which will feature landscaping by award-winning Swiss landscape artist, Enzo Enea. The tower will also display a professionally curated collection of museum-quality art, including monumental sculptures by Sandro Chia and Sinisa Kukec and works by Venice Biennale artist Marcelo Legrand.
Residences by Armani/Casa’s most striking feature will be its 308 luxurious residences that reflect Giorgio Armani’s aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality. Featuring two to six bedroom layouts, the residences will include private high-speed elevator access to most residences, floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious private balconies complete with summer kitchens, and the finest in European-designed cabinetry and designer finishes.
When completed in 2018, the tower will feature over 35,000-square-feet of incomparable amenities across two floors, all exquisitely designed by Armani/Casa with rich textiles and custom furnishings. Appealing to the most sophisticated of buyers, Residences by Armani/Casa’s amenities include an Armani Prive Lounge on the lobby level, a fine dining restaurant, cigar room and wine cellar, heated swimming pool, ocean-facing fitness center, two-story revitalization spa with indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, movie theatre and clubroom, and exclusive beach amenities on a 300-foot stretch of private shore.
